No complicated house rules—just basic consideration for each other and the space. 🙂 About the owner: The owner is super chill and hands-off. He won’t be involved much and there are no restrictions from his side. His only ask is that the house is kept clean, well-maintained, and taken care of. The house is still being set up, so while some furniture is already in place, the remaining furniture/setup will be planned and split equally among the three of us.
