By accessing or using Ghoshla (website, services, and mobile interfaces), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Nature of the Platform

Ghoshla is a community-driven discovery and connection platform for flats, shared rooms, flatmates, and PGs across Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Gurugram, and other supported Indian cities.

Ghoshla acts solely as an intermediary to connect seekers with listers and property owners. Ghoshla is not a real estate broker, landlord, property manager, or legal party to any rental agreement.

3. User Accounts & Verification

• You must provide accurate and verifiable contact information (including phone number) when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Ghoshla reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide misleading, inaccurate, or fraudulent information.

4. Listing Guidelines & Lister Obligations

When posting a flat, room, or PG listing on Ghoshla, you agree that:

• You have the legal authority to sublet, list, or offer the property for accommodation.
• All photos, pricing details, deposit requirements, room availability, and amenity inclusions reflect true and current conditions.
• You will not demand advance token amounts or upfront fees prior to physical or verified virtual viewing of the accommodation.
• You will not post discriminatory, offensive, or unlawful content.

5. Zero Brokerage & Payments

Listing your property and discovering flats on Ghoshla is free. Ghoshla does not charge brokerage commissions. Any monetary transactions (such as security deposits or monthly rent) take place directly between seekers and listers outside the platform.

6. Communication & WhatsApp Messaging

When choosing to contact listers via WhatsApp or in-app messaging, you consent to initiating communication with the contact details provided. You agree to communicate respectfully and refrain from spam, unsolicited commercial advertisements, or harassment.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Ghoshla provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that listing descriptions, availability, or property conditions are 100% error-free. Seekers are strongly advised to inspect properties in person and verify ownership credentials before signing agreements or transferring funds.
